Do you ship Internationally?
- Yes. The best method of shipping is by postal mail. Postal Express Mail delivers in about 5 business days and Postal Priority Airmail can take up 14 business days. This does not include any extra time the item may take clearing customs. International buyers are responsible for any and all customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees to be paid to the courier or government. Bargain-Camera.com assumes no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or any and all other charges requested or required by destination countries

Is online ordering secure?
- Yes. We use highly secure 128-bit encryption provided by the latest technology. You'll notice during the checkout process the HTTPS in the address bar when entering credit card information.

I get an address mismatch error when I try paying with my credit card, why?
- Your billing address may be incorrect. Please be sure to type the address exactly as written on your billing statement. Otherwise, especially if you are an international customer, your credit card issuer may not support address verification. If it is not supported we will be unable to charge your card, but we can accept international money orders and bank wire transfers.

- We're able to get to most email questions within the same day or the next at the latest. If you are using yahoo or hotmail, check your bulk/junk mail folder in case the reply was placed there.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
- We accept purchase orders only for Educational or Government agencies that are verified by us.

Do you accept C.O.D. (cash on delivery)
- Sorry we do not accept C.O.D. All orders must be paid in full before shipment.

What is your Price Matching Policy?
- If you find a lower advertised price on the same new product at another authorized US retailer, let us know. We'll do our best to match or beat it! This applies to competitor's regularly priced in-stock items. Subject to verification.
